GNI Submission to UN Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression on Armed Conflict
In our submission, we emphasize that international human rights law should always be at the center of company and government decisions related to freedom of expression, including during times of conflict. Throughout the document we expand on this assertion, providing analysis and recommendations for how actors considering content moderation decisions in times of conflict can navigate the complex interplay between international human rights law and international humanitarian law when both are applicable.
