The Global Network Initiative (GNI) is pleased to announce that LINE Corporation is now a GNI member after participating as an observer for one year since April 15, 2019. With this membership, LINE becomes the first Asian company to join other leading information communications and technology companies and more than 50 academic, civil society and investor members globally in advocating GNI policy priorities to protect data privacy and freedom of expression.
