GNI presents a new report authored by Ian Brown of the Oxford Cyber Security Centre and Douwe Korff of London Metropolitan University. The report is based on extensive research, including consultations held in Washington, London, and New Delhi during the past year. Key issues and recommendations from the report are presented with a focus on the practical steps that companies, governments and civil society organizations can take in response to challenges and dilemmas.
